There is a donated stairlift available. If you could use it, please fill out this form and send it to the GBC office. It's a Sterling Stairlift made in 2004. The lift covers twelve steps; the rail is straight with no curves and is mounted on the left side of the staircase if you're facing up. At the top of the rail, the chair rotates to the left so that the rider can get off facing the hallway, not over the stairs themselves. “Searching” for Easy Ways to Support GBC?

GBC provides access to resources, vital information, peer visitors, advocacy and educational information. From the moment of injury, GBC provides one-on-one services to the newly injured and those around them as they learn to cope with dramatic change and adjust to post-injury life. GBC members include individuals with a spinal cord injury and paralysis, their families, health care and rehabilitation professionals, policy makers, and others.
